Zertifizierungs- und Qualitätsentwickler (w/d/m)

Deine Aufgaben

Einrichtung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung des Qualitätsprozesses in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und Prüfinstituten
Unterstützung interner Abläufe zur Sicherstellung aller Produktanforderungen für die Zertifizierung bei der Beschaffung und Konstruktion unserer Fahrräder
Ansprechpartner für Anfragen zu nationalen und internationalen Industriestandards und -normen (CE, EN, UL, ISO usw.)
Durchführung von Tests an Fahrzeugen und Hardware, um sicherzustellen, dass die Qualitätsspezifikationen und Konformitätskriterien erfüllt werden
Unterstützung bei der Untersuchung und Behebung von Problemen im Feld durch Entwicklung von Korrekturmaßnahmen in Abstimmung mit Herstellern und unseren technischen Teams

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium des Ingenieurwesens, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder angrenzender Fachrichtungen
Sehr gute Kenntnisse über Fahrräder und entsprechende Prüfungen und Zertifizierungsnormen
Exzellente Kenntnisse nationaler und internationaler Industriestandards und -normen (CE, EN, UL, ISO, etc.)
Fundierte Kenntnisse der Qualitätsprozesse und des Qualitätsmanagements für Lieferanten (SQM)
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1/C2-Niveau) und verhandlungssicheres Englisch
Teamfähigkeit, eigenständiges Arbeiten, selbstständiger und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil, Anpassungsfähigkeit
Leidenschaft für nachhaltige Mobilität und Fahrräder

Your mission

Establishing and continuously improving the quality process in close collaboration with internal teams and testing institutes
Supporting internal processes to ensure all product requirements for certification in the procurement and construction of our bicycles
Support for questions regarding national and international standards and regulations (CE, EN, UL, ISO, etc.)
Conducting tests on vehicles and hardware to ensure that quality specifications and compliance criteria are met
Investigation and resolution of field issues by developing corrective actions in coordination with manufacturers and our technical teams

Your profile

Completed degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or related fields
Excellent knowledge of bicycles and relevant testing and certification standards
Excellent knowledge of national and international industry standards and regulations (CE, EN, UL, ISO,...)
Solid understanding of quality processes and supplier quality management (SQM)
Very good German skills (C1/C2 level) and fluent English
Ability to work in a team, independent working style, solution-oriented approach, and adaptability
Passion for sustainable mobility and bicycles
