Unterstützung unseres Fahrradherstellers zur Sicherstellung kontinuierlicher Qualitätsexzellenz
Hauptansprechpartner zwischen dem Montagewerk und nextbike
Produktionsstartfreigabe durch Überprüfung und Genehmigung technischer Dokumentationen (Stücklisten, Spezifikationen, etc.)
Erfassung und Berichterstattung von Produktions-KPIs und Qualitätsproblemen
Untersuchung und Lösung von Produktionsproblemen durch Entwicklung von Korrekturmaßnahmen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Hersteller und unseren technischen Teams
Implementierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Qualitätsprozessen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Montagewerk und unseren technischen Teams
Durchführung spezieller Qualitätsprojekte und -aktivitäten nach Bedarf

Dein Profil

Hochschulabschluss in Industrie-, Maschinenbau-, Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik oder verwandten Bereichen
Hervorragende Kenntnisse von Fahrrädern und den entsprechenden Montageprozessen
Fundiertes Verständnis von Qualitätsprozessen und Lieferantenqualitätsmanagement (SQM)
Sehr gute Kenntnisse der tschechischen Sprache (Niveau B2) und fließendes Englisch (Deutsch von Vorteil)
Fähigkeit, im Team zu arbeiten, aber auch selbstständig
Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Anpassungsfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
Reisebereitschaft (bis zu 25%)
Leidenschaft für nachhaltige Mobilität und Fahrräder

Your mission

Support our bike manufacturer to ensure ongoing quality excellence
Main POC between assembler and nextbike
Production kick-off release through review and approval of technical documentation (BOM, specs, etc)
Collect and report production KPIs and quality issues
Investigation and resolution of production issues by developing corrective actions in coordination with the manufacturer and our technical teams
Quality process implementation and continuous improvement in close cooperation with the assembler and our technical teams
Undertake special quality projects and activities as required

Your profile

Degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical, or mechatronic engineering or related fields
Excellent knowledge of bicycles and correspondent assembling processes
In-depth understanding of quality processes and supplier quality management (SQM)
Very good knowledge of Czech (B2 level) and fluent English (German beneficial)
Ability to work in a team but also independent
Solution-oriented working style, adaptability, and resilience
Availability to travel (up to 25%)
Passion for sustainable mobility and bicycles
