Als Team Lead Product Management- Hardware (w/d/m) übernimmst du die strategische Verantwortung für unser breites Portfolio von Bikesharing-Hardwareprodukten – von der Vision bis zum marktreifen Betrieb und darüber hinaus. Du setzt klare Prioritäten und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Hardwarelösungen die Anforderungen von Markt, Nutzer:innen und Partnern optimal erfüllen. Dabei denkst du ganzheitlich, verbindest technische Machbarkeit mit unternehmerischem Denken und entwickelst gemeinsam mit deinem Team die Hardwarestrategie kontinuierlich weiter. Mit deinem Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse, deinem ganzheitlichen, unternehmerischen Denken und deiner klaren Kommunikation schaffst du es, unterschiedliche Interessen zu bündeln und in zukunftsfähige Lösungen zu überführen.

Dein Profil
Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Product Management oder einem verwandten Feld idealerweise ergänzt durch eine technische weiterführende Qualifikation
Einschlägige Erfahrung im Produktmanagement, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf Hardware-Entwicklung und Innovation.
Ausgeprägte strategische Denkweise und analytische Fähigkeiten, kombiniert mit einem datenbasierten, nutzerzentrierten Ansatz
Exzellente Kommunikations- und Führungsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, funktionsübergreifende Teams zu inspirieren und zu motivieren
Starke Englischkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau sind erforderlich, Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

Your mission
As Team Lead Product Management – Hardware, you will take on strategic responsibility for our broad portfolio of bikesharing hardware products – from vision to market readiness and beyond. You will set clear priorities and ensure that our hardware solutions optimally meet the requirements of the market, users, and partners. You take a holistic approach, combining technical feasibility with entrepreneurial thinking, and continuously develop the hardware strategy together with your team. With your strong sense for customer needs, holistic and entrepreneurial mindset, and clear communication, you succeed in aligning diverse interests and turning them into future-proof solutions.

Leadership & Consulting: Lead the product management team and advise our sales teams as a subject matter expert
Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct market and competitor analyses, develop the long-term product vision, and define KPIs for product success
Product Definition: Derive clear product requirements and prioritize features in close collaboration with cross-functional teams
Product Lifecycle Management: Develop and implement go-to-market, operational, and end-of-life strategies
Optimization: Continuously improve products based on performance metrics and user feedback
Your profile
A completed degree in Business Administration, Product Management, or a related field – ideally complemented by a technical qualification
Relevant experience in product management, preferably with a focus on hardware development and innovation
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, combined with a data-driven, user-centered approach
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
Strong English skills at C1 level are required; German skills are an advantage
