Your mission

Step into a newly created full-time role where you’ll have a pivotal impact on developing and enhancing innovative systems that support our operational teams driving one of Europe’s largest bike-sharing networks. Work on an exciting international project, leveraging your expertise to shape the future of urban mobility and influence millions of daily users.

• Develop and maintain analytical tools and systems essential for daily bike-sharing operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Infrastructure and DevOps, to implement solutions.
• Gather and analyze requirements to plan and drive project development.
• Writing efficient, well-documented code. 
• Debugging, profiling and maintaining backend services.
• Ensure system reliability and scalability to support thousands of city bikes across Poland.

Your profile

• Solid experience in web development, with strong expertise in Node.js and SQL.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS) and hands-on experience with testing and production deployments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with our tech stack (Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Kafka).
• Professional-level English for effective collaboration in an international team.

It’s a plus if you have experience with Kafka, CDC, key-value stores like Redis, as well as familiarity with stream-processing, data warehousing (Snowflake), and tools like dbt.
