Als Treasury Specialist (m/w/d) bist du die treibende Kraft hinter der Sicherstellung unserer Liquidität und der Optimierung unserer Finanzprozesse. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unseren internationalen Teams und Stakeholdern zusammen, um nachhaltige Lösungen für die gesamte nextbike-Gruppe zu entwickeln. Was dich erwartet:
Du verantwortest die gruppenweite Liquiditätsplanung, das Cash Pooling sowie das Working Capital Management
Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Zahlungsfähigkeit aller Gruppengesellschaften sowie unserer Finanzströme
Du entwickelst Konzepte zur Absicherung von Zins- und Währungsrisiken (FX) und setzt diese in der gesamten nextbike-Gruppe um
Sei unsere zentrale Ansprechperson für Banken und Finanzierungspartner und pflege aktive die Stakeholder-Beziehungen
Koordiniere liquiditätsrelevante Themen mit Tochtergesellschaften und internen Stakeholdern - national wie international.
Du treibst die Automatisierung und kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Finance- und Treasury-Prozesse voran
Betreue unser Treasury Management System Agicap und entwickele es systematisch weiter
Dein Profil
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Corporate Finance oder verwandten Fachrichtungen sowie einige Jahre Berufserfahrung im Corporate Treasury
Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (jeweils ab C1)
Fundiertes Verständnis der Zusammenhänge zwischen GuV, Bilanz und Cashflow sowie umfassende Erfahrung in der Liquiditätsplanung und im Umgang mit Zins- und Währungsprodukten
Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie fundierte Erfahrung im Einsatz von Treasury Management Systemen (idealerweise Agicap)
Hohe Detailgenauigkeit, Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, auch unter Druck Prioritäten richtig zu setzen
Eine neugierige, reflektierte Denkweise gepaart mit Hands-on-Mentalität und internationaler Perspektive - Erfahrungen in unterschiedlichen Märkten sind ein Plus

Your mission
As a Treasury Specialist (f/d/m), you are the driving force behind ensuring our liquidity and optimizing our financial processes. You will work closely with our international teams and stakeholders to develop sustainable solutions for the entire nextbike Group. Here is what to expect from that role:
You are responsible for group-wide liquidity planning, cash pooling, and working capital management
Monitoring and ensuring the solvency of all group companies, as well as our financial flows
Developing concepts to hedge interest rate and currency risks (FX) and implementing them across the nextbike group
Acting as the central contact person for banks and financing partners while actively maintaining stakeholder relationships
Coordinating liquidity-related topics with subsidiaries and internal stakeholders - both nationally and internationally
Driving automation and continuous optimization of our finance and treasury processes
Managing our Treasury Management System Agicap and developing it systematically further
Your profile
Degree in Business, Corporate Finance, or a related field, as well as several years of professional experience in Corporate Treasury
Excellent communication skills in German and English (both at C1 level or higher)
Solid understanding of the interrelations between P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, along with extensive experience in liquidity planning and in handling interest rate and currency products
Strong Excel skills and substantial experience in using Treasury Management Systems (ideally Agicap)
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to set the right priorities even under pressure
A curious, reflective mindset combined with a hands-on mentality and an international perspective - experience across different markets is a plus
