We are a leading provider of public bike sharing systems, operating thousands of bicycles and expanding into new cities every year to build cleaner, more connected communities through sustainable urban mobility. A significant part of our growth comes from public tenders — and in this role, you will be at the heart of that process. You’ll manage and coordinate the preparation of compelling, high-quality proposals for public tenders and procurement opportunities, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure each bid showcases our strengths, strategic vision, and full regulatory compliance.
You'll lead and manage the full tender lifecycle across multiple markets (especially the Polish market)
Review and analyze tender documents to define requirements and collect/coordinate input from internal teams
You'll develop clear, persuasive, and compliant proposal content aligned with company objectives
Help us ensure timely, high-quality submissions that meet all formal criteria
Maintain and continuously improve a structured library of references, templates, and proposal materials
Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, formatting, compliance, and overall efficiency
Support post-tender phases, including clarifications, presentations, and contract negotiations
Track upcoming tenders and market trends in micromobility and sustainable urban transport
Your profile
You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Communications, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in public procurement, proposal management, or tender writing
Very good Polish and English skills (minimum C1 level) - German or other European languages are a plus
You have strong writing, organizational, and project management skills
Experience in micromobility, shared mobility, or smart city projects is a strong advantage
You are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines
You are team-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven in your approach

Du verantwortest die Erstellung und Koordination überzeugender Angebote für öffentliche Ausschreibungen und Beschaffungsverfahren. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit anderen Teams zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass jedes Angebot unsere Stärken, unsere strategische Ausrichtung und die vollständige Einhaltung aller regulatorischen Anforderungen widerspiegelt.
Du verantwortest den gesamten Ausschreibungszyklus in mehreren Märkten (mit besonderem Fokus auf Polen)
Prüfe und analysiere Ausschreibungsunterlagen, definiere Anforderungen und koordiniere die Zuarbeiten aus anderen Teams
Du erstellst überzeugende, klare und regelkonforme Angebotsinhalte, die unsere Unternehmensziele widerspiegeln
Sorge dafür, dass alle Einreichungen termingerecht, hochwertig und formal korrekt sind
Pflege und erweitere kontinuierlich unsere Bibliothek mit Referenzen, Vorlagen und Angebotsmaterialien
Nutze KI-Tools, um die Erstellung, Formatierung, Compliance-Prüfung und Effizienz unserer Angebote zu optimieren
Du unterstützt die Nachvergabephase durch Klärungen, Präsentationen und Vertragsverhandlungen
Behalte kommende Ausschreibungen und Markttrends in Mikromobilität im Blick
Dein Profil
Du hast einen Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in BWL, Public Administration, Kommunikation oder einem verwandten Bereich
Du bringst 2–4 Jahre Erfahrung in öffentlichen Ausschreibungen, Proposal-Management oder Tender Writing mit
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Polnisch und Englisch (mindestens C1) - Deutsch oder weitere europäische Sprachen sind ein Plus
Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Schreib-, Organisations- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten
Erfahrungen in Mikromobilität, Shared Mobility oder Smart-City-Projekten sind ein großer Vorteil
