In enger Zusammenarbeit mit allen Tech-Teams sowie weiteren Stakeholdern verankerst du Secure-Development-Praktiken und treibst die Security-Automatisierung für unsere On- und Offline-Produkte voran. Darüber hinaus stärkst du unsere Monitoring-Fähigkeiten und förderst ein unternehmensweites Security-Bewusstsein. Das erwartet dich in dieser Rolle:
Du definierst und implementierst unsere Security-Architektur sowie das gesamte Security-Ökosystem von Grund auf
Entwickele und optimiere kontinuierlich Security-SOPs und -Standards für unsere Produkte und Cloud-Lösungen
Identifiziere und minimiere Sicherheitsrisiken über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus hinweg
Du arbeitest eng mit R&D- und Software-Teams zusammen, um sichere Architekturen und Best Practices zu verankern
Du treibst Security-Automatisierung voran und integrierst Tools wie SAST, DAST und zentrales Vulnerability Management
Bau zentrale Monitoring-Strukturen (SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS) auf und entwickele unsere internen SOC-Fähigkeiten weiter
Du führst Security-Trainings durch und vermittelst komplexe Inhalte verständlich an technische und nicht-technische Zielgruppen
Dein Profil
Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, IT-Sicherheit oder eines vergleichbaren Fachgebiets
Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse (C1); Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
Umfassende Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Security; praktische Erfahrung in der kommerziellen Softwareentwicklung ist sehr willkommen
Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Aufbau von Security-Architekturen, der Implementierung von IAM sowie der Absicherung von Cloud- und IoT-Umgebungen
Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz bei der Evaluierung neuer Tools und deren Implementierung bis zur vollständigen Betriebsreife
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine Hands-on-Mentalität im Stakeholder-Management

Your mission
nextbike is the leading micromobility provider in Europe, and we need assistance in building and developing our security architecture and ecosystem from the ground up. Working closely with all tech teams and other stakeholders, you will embed secure development practices and drive security automation for our on- and offline products. Additionally, you will strengthen monitoring capabilities and promote security awareness across the organization. Here is what awaits you in this role:
Define and implement our security architecture and ecosystem from scratch
Develop and continuously improve security SOPs and standards for our products and cloud solutions
Identify and mitigate security risks across the product lifecycle
Ensure secure architecture and best practices in close collaboration with R&D and software teams
Drive security automation and integrate tools such as SAST, DAST, and vulnerability management
Communicate and coordinate urgent topics with our IT Security Compliance Officer
Deliver security training and communicate complex topics clearly to diverse audiences
Your profile
Degree in Computer Science, IT Security, or a related field
Professional fluency in English (C1); German is a plus
Extensive experience in IT Security; hands-on experience with commercial software development is highly valued
Proven track record in building security architectures, implementing IAM, and hardening cloud/IoT environments
Problem-solving skills in evaluating new tools and driving their implementation until they are fully operational
Good communication skills and a hands-on approach to stakeholder management
Willingness to work on-siteat our brand new headquarters in Leipzig-Plagwitz
