Deine Aufgaben
Wir sind der führende Anbieter von Bike-Sharing- und Mikromobilitätslösungen in Europa und stellen sicher, dass unsere Produkte stets den höchsten technischen und regulatorischen Anforderungen entsprechen. Für unser Quality & Conformity Team suchen wir Unterstützung in den Bereichen Recherche, Dokumentation und Kommunikation rund um alle Prozesse der Produktprüfung und Zertifizierung. Hilf uns dabei, die Qualität von Komponenten, Systemen und kompletten Fahrrädern zu testen, zu validieren und kontinuierlich weiter zu verbessern. Hier ist, was dich erwartet:
Unterstützung bei der Recherche zu EU-Richtlinien, harmonisierten Normen und Standards
Erstellung, Strukturierung und Pflege von zertifizierungs- und qualitätsrelevanten Dokumentationen
Unterstützung operativer Aktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit Produktprüfungen und Zertifizierungen
Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung interner Richtlinien, Arbeitsanweisungen und Prozessdokumentationen
Nachverfolgung von JIRA-Tickets, Aufgaben und Deadlines sowie proaktives Follow-up offener Punkte
Kommunikation mit Prüflaboren sowie internen und externen Stakeholdern zur Klärung offener Themen, Abhängigkeiten und Blocker
Dein Profil
Mindestens bis zum Ende des Wintersemesters 2026/27 eingeschrieben, idealerweise in Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Mechatronik oder einem verwandten Studiengang
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Interesse an oder Bereitschaft, sich in Zertifizierungs-, Normen-, Compliance- und Qualitätsprozesse einzuarbeiten
Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools (MS Office oder Google Suite, JIRA, ERP-Systeme)
Zuverlässige, detailorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute schriftliche Kommunikations- und Dokumentationsfähigkeiten; selbstständige Arbeitsweise nach Einarbeitung
Bereitschaft, mindestens zwei Tage pro Woche vor Ort in unserem Büro in Plagwitz zu arbeiten, da wir häufig dynamische Ad-hoc-Aufgaben bearbeiten

Your mission
We are the leading provider of bike-sharing and micromobility solutions in Europe and ensure that our products consistently meet the highest technical and regulatory standards. For our Quality & Conformity team, we are looking for support in research, documentation, and communication related to all product testing and certification processes. Help us test, validate, and continuously improve the quality of components, systems, and complete bicycles. Here’s what you can expect:
Support research on EU directives, harmonized standards and norms
Create, structure, and maintain our certification- and quality-related documentation
Support operational activities related to product testing and certification
Assist in developing internal guidelines, work instructions, and process documentation
Track JIRA tickets, action items, and deadlines, and proactively follow up on open topics
Communicate with test laboratories or internal and external stakeholders to clarify open topics, dependencies, and blockers
Your profile
Enrolled (and willing to join) for at least two more full semesters, ideally in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
Strong German and English language skills
Interest in or willingness to learn about certification, standards, compliance, and quality processes
Confident using digital tools (MS Office or Google Suite, JIRA, ERP systems)
Reliable, detail-oriented, and structured working style; able to also work independently after onboarding
Strong written communication and documentation skills
Willingness to work on-site at our Plagwitz office at least two days per week, as we often handle dynamic ad-hoc tasks
