In unserem Engineering-Team suchen wir Verstärkung, um unsere Produkte und Systeme mitzugestalten und weiterzuentwickeln. Folgende Aufgaben erwarten dich:
Du entwirfst, entwickelst und optimierst unsere elektronischen und mechatronischen Komponenten wie Batterien, Motorsteuerungen, Kabelbäume und IoT-Hardware
Du erstellst CAD-Daten, Schaltpläne, Layouts und technische Spezifikationen
Führe Tests (EVT–PVT) durch und koordiniere diese - von Funktions- über Belastungs- bis hin zu Umwelttests
Begleite den Prototypenaufbau, validiere Ergebnisse und unterstütze den Übergang in die Serienproduktion
Du arbeitest mit interdisziplinären Teams aus Mechanik, Elektronik und Softwareentwicklung zusammen, um technische Herausforderungen zu lösen
Unterstütze bei der Auswahl und Betreuung von Lieferanten und externen Partnern
Dein Profil
Abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1), zusätzliche Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung elektronischer Baugruppen (Batterien, Motorsteuerung, Kabelbäume, IoT)
Fundierte Kenntnisse in CAD, ECAD sowie in Test- und Messtechnik
Erfahrung mit relevanten Normen (z. B. UN38.3, CE, EMV)
Vertrautheit mit Entwicklungs- und Fertigungsprozessen, Qualitätssicherung und Lieferantenmanagement
Lösungsorientierte, proaktive und unterstützende Arbeitsweise
Hands-on-Mentalität, Belastbarkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Bereitschaft, mindestens dreimal pro Woche vor Ort in unserer Zentrale in Leipzig-Plagwitz zu arbeiten

Your mission
We are a rapidly growing international company in the field of sustainable mobility solutions. With more than 300 locations in over 20 countries, we are shaping the future of urban mobility and developing bike sharing systems at our Leipzig headquarters that make cities more liveable and resilient. To strengthen our engineering team, we are looking for support to help design and further develop our products and systems. The following tasks await you:
Design, develop, and optimize our electronic and mechatronic components such as batteries, motor controllers, wiring harnesses, and IoT hardware
Create CAD data, circuit diagrams, layouts, and technical specifications
Execute and coordinate tests (EVT–PVT) – from functional and stress testing to environmental testing
Support prototype builds, validate results, and contribute to the transition into series production
Work closely with interdisciplinary teams from mechanics, electronics, and software development to solve technical challenges
Support the selection and management of suppliers and external partners
Your profile
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a similar field
English language skills (minimum C1), additional German skills are appreciated
Several years of experience in developing electronic assemblies (batteries, motor control, wiring harness, IoT)
Strong knowledge in CAD, ECAD, as well as test and measurement techniques
Experience with relevant standards (e.g. UN38.3, CE, EMC)
Familiarity with development and manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and supplier management
Solution-oriented, proactive, and supportive mindset.
Hands-on mentality, resilience, and sense of ownership
Willingness to work on-site at least 3x a week at our headquarters in Leipzig-Plagwitz
