- You will manage and further develop central operational processes across multiple departments
- Identify efficiency potential and implement optimisation measures in our bike-sharing systems
- You will create, analyse and interpret KPIs and derive concrete recommendations for action for our Regional Operations and franchise partners
- You will prepare management presentations and decision-making documents and deliver them
- Create data-driven presentations for internal stakeholders and work closely with various departments (e.g. Regional Operations, Finance, Product or our development teams)
- Take ownership of projects from analysis through to implementation and establish scalable structures and processes
- You will implement strategic initiatives in the operational area and keep track of timetables, milestones and budgets

Your profile
- A degree, for example in Business Administration, Engineering or International Management
- Experience with process optimisation & process management – e.g. Lean Management or other methods for improving operational efficiency
- Experience with agile project management methods and tools in a cross-departmental context
- Knowledge of budget planning, cost management and an understanding of financial reports
- Knowledge of ticketing and knowledge management tools (ideally JIRA/Confluence) and Excel/Google Sheets as well as presentation software (PowerPoint etc.) – data analysis tools an advantage
- Strong analytical skills (working with and evaluating KPIs) and excellent organisational skills
- Clear and effective communication and a positive approach to challenges
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented/action-oriented working style
- Very good German and English language skills
- Initial professional experience in operations management would be an advantage
